If there are two things we miss most about the 1990s it's boom boxes and manned space missions. In hindsight, it's baffling that NASA never thought to combine the two and instead burned all that valuable time on innovations like Velcro. Right now we could be out there in the cosmos, drifting through our interstellar neighborhood and forcing everyone to listen to our favorite songs through rattling, blown-out speakers. What a waste, NASA. What a waste. Looks like it's up to the cosmonauts now.
